Customers can return the un-used goods within 14 days. We accept exchange for size and style for classic range shoes only. We accept exchange style for same price or higher price only, no refund applicable.

Refund only applicable if the goods are defective or damaged except for the sale items. Once your return is received and inspected we will contact you to notify you the approval or rejection of your refund.
